All keys lost on this Lexus IS250! OK, customer bought it from (a salvage company) and had it freighted to WA state. They lost the keys in transit. 2008 is a crossover year with a few boards and key types. Well, we get past that & found my programmer couldnt talk to the ECU! We checked all the fuses, verified ECU is still there and plugged in. Found that the 150A Alternator bus bar fuse was blown… someone had jumped the car and hooked up the cables reversed. Oh my. Replaced fuse, got communication, programmed 140 board smart key and its off to the races. Thank you for your business!
