Locksmiths made keys. Dealer put in new computer. A hack job hard wired solenoid to ignition switch. Ultimately the car was sold non running and I came out to view my customers new used car. Keys would not program. Wireless transponder ring replaced. Used PCM installed. Used Cluster installed. Wiring hack removed. I programmed the new used PCM and cluster, added keys and boom, she is a runner! 
The gauge cluster & wireless transponder ring both failed. My customer ran up and hugged me because this one was a PATS nightmare 
But we PATS all that now.
